Accepted Payment Methods
Our online prices are listed in U.S. currency. We accept payment via Credit and Gift Cards, Money Orders or Personal Checks and Bitcoin (including Bitcoin over the Lightning Network). However, not all payment methods are available for all types of merchandise. Click on any tab below for more information about that payment option.
Sales Tax Changes
Due to the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision on June 21, 2018 in the South Dakota vs Wayfair case we are now legally required to collect and remit sales tax for states that we have not charged sales tax in the past. Previously, internet retailers were required to collect/remit tax only in those states where they had a physical location. The Wayfair ruling dictates that purchases from all online retailers be subject to taxes determined by your state and/or local municipality. In accordance with this ruling, applicable taxes will be automatically added to your shopping cart’s subtotal. Learn more.
Credit or Gift Cards
Credit Cards:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diner’s Club, and Discover credit cards.
Note: Credit Card charges are billed as “VODBill.com“ . Also, American Express and Discover cards cannot be used for On Demand purchases.
Gift Cards:
We only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover pre-paid Gift cards.
Note: Gift cards must be registered online to a billing address to be approved. See your card policy for details.
Submitting your Info:
You may submit your info online or phone/fax it to us.
- Submit Securely On-line – When prompted, submit your Credit Card On-line. Our site utilizes the highest industry standards for the encryption and storage of your information.
- Submit by Phone or Fax – Call or fax your Credit Card to us. During the Checkout process, simply select ‘Check/MO’ and complete your Order as usual. You will receive further instructions at the end of the Checkout process.
Bitcoin
We accept Bitcoin, including Bitcoin over the Lightning Network, for VOD and Pay Per Minute purchases ONLY.
All VOD purchases made with Bitcoin also receive a 10% DISCOUNT on their order for using Bitcoin.
Important Information:
- All VOD and Pay Per Minute sales using Bitcoin are final. No refunds, account credits only.
- We reserve the right to convert over, under, and late payments for VOD and Pay Per Minute purchases using Bitcoin into account credits.
- In the case of an under or late payment, the entire amount will be converted to an account credit.
- In the case of an over payment, the purchased item(s) will be available for viewing and the surplus amount will be converted into an account credit.
Check or Money Orders
To pay with a Check or Money Order simply select ‘Check/MO’ as your Payment Method during the Checkout process and complete your Order as usual. When you mail your payment, please include your Order number on the Check/Money Order.

Important Information:
- We reserve the right to hold an Order until the funds clear your Banking institution and our system, which may take up to a month.
- Please include your Order number when sending your Check or Money Order.
- Check Orders must ship Complete. Check Customers cannot have their Orders shipped Partial.
- All Checks must have your Name and Address pre-printed (not handwritten) on the Check.
- We do not accept wire transfers.
- We do not accept cash.
- International orders must be paid by International Money Orders, in U.S. funds, drawn on a United States Bank.
